For us, there is nothing more beautiful than the satisfied smile on the faces of our guests. This is our daily motivation.

S’j’s goal is to set standards for authentic Japanese culinary art in Germany. To this end, we use original Japanese recipes and cooking rituals that have been passed down through generations in ancient Osaka.

Authenticity and love for what we do are the basic pillars of our service. And every guest who leaves us with a smile is our
great pleasure.

The name, as unusual as it is, it is authentic:
„S’j“ is pronounced in English („ess-dschei“ – insert international phonetic transcription here) and stands for „Supreme Japan“ – in connection with fine Japanese food.

Additionally, „S’j“ stands for „Satoshi“ and „Jens“ – the two founders.
